We source as many fresh ingredients from as nearby as possible. Our family farm (Foulden Latimer) supplies spring lamb as well as game when in season. We have planted a new vegetable and herb garden ensuring a fresh supply of seasonal produce for our chefs. Fresh fish and meat are also provided by local East Anglian suppliers. We are always on the look out of more good local suppliers.
On top of this, we have our own herd of Aberdeen Angus which supplies 30 day hung home grown and reared beef to the Bedingfeld and makes the most amazing burgers from it as well.
